Within the last two months, several individuals have been arrested for selling and possessing cocaine, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and cannabis in the Dixon and Lee County area by the Dixon Police Department as a result of an ongoing drug investigation. 

 

The following individuals have been arrested and charged with the following offenses:

Robert J. Aubrey age 42, of Dixon, Illinois was arrested in the 100 block of South Peoria Avenue on May 15, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Aubrey was taken into custody and transported to the Dixon Police Department.  Aubrey was charged with 2 counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance Within 1,000 Feet of a Church, (Less than 1 gram of cocaine) a Class 1 Felony, 2 counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, (Less than 1 gram of cocaine) a Class 2 Felony, and 2 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Less than 1 gram of cocaine) a Class 4 Felony.  Aubrey was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.

 

Justin L. Ewing age 31, of Dixon, Illinois was arrested in the 100 block of South Hennepin Avenue on May 15, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Ewing was taken into custody and transported to the Dixon Police Department.  Ewing was charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, (Less than 1 gram of cocaine) a Class 2 Felony and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, (Less than 1 gram of cocaine) a Class 4 Felony. Ewing was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.

 

Clifford L. Holcomb age 24, of Dixon, Illinois was arrested in the 100 block of West First Street on May 21, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Holcomb was taken into custody and transported to the Dixon Police Department.  Holcomb was charged with 3 counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, (1-15 grams of cocaine) a Class 1 Felony and 3 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, (1-15 grams of cocaine) a Class 4 Felony. Holcomb was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.

 

Robert D. Bradley age 25, of Dixon, Illinois was arrested in the 900 block of Grace Avenue on May 22, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Bradley was taken into custody and transported to the Dixon Police Department.  Bradley was charged with 2 counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, LSD) a Class 2 Felony and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, LSD) a Class 4 Felony.

Bradley was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail. 

 

Juan L. Lugo III age 28, of Sterling, Illinois was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on May 22, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Lugo III turned himself in at the Dixon Police Department.  Lugo III was charged with Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver of a Controlled Substance, (1-15 grams of cocaine) a Class 1 Felony and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Less than 15 grams of cocaine) a Class 4 Felony.  Lugo III was able to post bond and given a court date of June 18, 2018.  

 

Colten L. Ehrler age 24, of Sterling, Illinois was arrested by the Sterling Police Department on a Dixon Police Department warrant on May 27, 2018.  Ehrler was taken into custody and transported to the Lee County Jail.  Ehrler was charged with Unlawful Delivery of Cannabis (10-  30 grams) a Class 3 Felony, Unlawful Delivery of Cannabis (10-30 grams) a Class 4 Felony, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis (30-100 grams) a Class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis (10-30 grams) a Class B Misdemeanor.

 

Nathaniel C. Mason age 21, of Dixon, Illinois was arrested in the 1200 block of North Galena Avenue on June 9, 2018 for a Dixon Police Department warrant.  Mason was taken into custody and transported to the Dixon Police Department.  Mason was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, LSD) a Class 4 Felony and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Less than 15 grams of cocaine) a Class 4 Felony. Mason was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.

The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
